Case Study - VMIA

Providing risk management and insurance services and advice to Victorian Government departments, agencies and organisations, the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) recognised the increasing impact climate change was having and will have on both their own operations and those of their clients. In 2008 the VMIA engaged Business Shaper in developing their Climate Change Strategy. 

Key outputs of the climate change strategy included:

  • VMIA Climate Change strategy discussion paper
  • VMIA Climate Change Strategy document and implementation plan
  • Climate Change Strategy stakeholder engagement plan
  • Comprehensive list of actions and initiatives in support of the strategy
